Brooklyn Conservatory of Music
BCM offers individual and grouping music lessons with a trained music therapist for children with special needs. Programs are semester-based; yet, new families can annals at any time and pay pro-rated tuition. In addition, there are music therapy workshops held monthly on a variety of topics.

Tech Kids Unlimited (TKU) is a engineering-based educational organization, for kids ages vii to 18 with special needs, which empowers and inspires the next generation of digital natives to learn, create, develop and share the tools of technology. TKU teaches engineering to kids who learn differently.
Kaiser's Room
Kaiser'southward Room offers arts-based enrichment classes for individuals on the Autism spectrum and with other developmental delays. They offer classes and opportunities which integrate essential skills like advice, motility, linguistic communication development, and ensemble edifice into fun and engaging activities. Participants learn to follow management, build attending chapters, and better social interaction in a loosely-structured, engaging temper. Their squad of educators, performers, and education artists help create connections through artistic expression in a rubber and welcoming environs.
The Manhattan Behavioral Center
All children have different needs, respond to different stimuli, and learn in different ways. The Manhattan Behavioral Eye offers individually tailored enrichment classes (fine art, music, dance, sports, etc). They offer 2:1 and 1:1 support to give all children with special needs the opportunity to participate in non-competitive, skill expanding and fun activities in a small group setting.
Ballet For All Kids
Ballet For All Kids is a unique programme makes classical ballet and other dance styles accessible using The Schlachte Method – a certified curriculum developed to adjust all learning styles, body types, and abilities.
At Ballet For All Kids, they know everybody has abilities that can be used as a springboard to larn new skills and heighten a personal sense of accomplishment. Unfortunately, many children cannot succeed in a traditional grade setting and are thus excluded from the numbers benefits that trip the light fantastic toe classes offer. Arts RX at the 14th Street Y
This NYC-based system hosts an after-school creative arts therapy playgroup for children with special needs from 3:30-6pm. A Sat creative movement grouping is also available. By using different techniques, therapists integrate artistic activities into a group setting to help participants develop social skills. At a maximum of viii children per historic period grouping with a 2-to-1 teacher-student ratio, the playgroups offer a highly supported creative environment in a developmentally appropriate setting. All classes are held at the 14th Street Y.
Innovative Piano Inc. – Individual Lessons
IPI is the leader in ABA style pianoforte education. The core goal is to provide effective piano instruction to individuals with developmental disabilities. To help families and our teachers accomplish this goal, 'The Immature Method' serial of piano instruction is used. These materials use basic, ABA style teaching techniques such as shaping, positive reinforcement and the systematic fading of prompts.
Music for Autism
Music for Autism is enhancing quality of life and raising public sensation through autism-friendly, interactive concerts adult specifically for individuals with autism and their families. The concerts, held in the United States and the U.k., feature professional musicians, including Tony Award winners, Grammy-nominated classical artists, and Pulitzer Prize winners.
AMC Theatres
The program provides a special opportunity for families to enjoy their favorite films in a safe and accepting surroundings. The auditoriums dedicated to the program take their lights upwardly, the audio turned down and audience members are invited to get up and dance, walk, shout or sing! Program is offered to many locations nationwide.

The Jack and Shirley Silverish Center for Special Needs builds and nurtures an inclusive and accepting community where individuals with varying special needs and their families tin can participate and succeed in innovative social, recreational, and educational activities. Designed with a high staff-to-child ratio in a caring and supportive environment, their programs provide children with rich and engaging experiences.
Strokes of Genius
Strokes of Genius strives to further expand opportunities for individuals with autism who accept a "love" for creating art by providing a vehicle for them to be able to express themselves. SOG provides a professional person studio infinite in an inclusionary, mainstream, professional artist setting for beginning, emerging and established artists.
Bringing Y'all Broadway
Bringing You lot Broadway is a non-profit organization that develops alive interactive performances for individuals with Autism and other disabilities. Each month, they create tailor-made performances for different organizations, introducing individuals to musical theater, and promoting social interaction and the arts.
Only Make Believe
Only Make Believe is a non-turn a profit organization that provides interactive theatre experiences for individuals in special teaching programs, hospitals, and care facilities. Teaching artists lead narrated activities that involve the entire audience and is highly individualized based on students stregnths and needs.
